Set in a post-apocalyptic world where an outbreak has wiped out most of humanity, The One Second Chance follows the story of a Survivor, tasked with escorting a young girl through a land ravaged by the undead. Along the way, he makes mistakes, but he has the chance to change what was perhaps his biggest mistake. The two must fight infected and hostile human factions, accept their mistakes and discover new feelings, all the while walking through a dangerous world where resources are scarce and survival is uncertain.

I don't get wtf I'm supposed to do i try to create a distraction then i burn to death

* Choose the lighter
* Go ahead
* Open the door
* Choose the tactical knife
* Door on the right
* What to do
* Click on the newspaper or on the fuel gallon
* Click "Quick! RUN!". (There is a time count, you need to be quick)
Finally managed to figure out this game. I don't usually like games with game overs in them but I'm hoping this game goes somewhere, as I really like the story so far.
